Agreement to terms

By accessing zenjerseycity.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

What we provide

The Site presents information about DJ and music services, allows you to browse media, and offers forms to inquire about availability. Nothing on the Site alone constitutes a binding booking until confirmed in writing by both parties (for example via a signed agreement or written acceptance of a quote).

Booking inquiries

Submissions through the contact or booking forms are invitations to discuss your event. We may decline work that is outside scope, unavailable on your date, or misaligned with brand fit. Automated confirmations (if any) do not guarantee performance until a contract or written confirmation says so.

Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, audio previews, and design on the Site are owned by Zen Jersey City or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or perform publicly without permission, except fair uses allowed by law or normal personal browsing.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or that content is complete or current at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen Jersey City and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us solely for Site-related services in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Zen Jersey City against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the Site, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
