About DJ Zen

Growing up in Cebu's club scene, Zen built his foundation through local events, private parties, and nightlife venues—shaping a style focused on flow, versatility, and connection.

From 2005 to 2010, Zen expanded his career in Dubai, including a residency at Music Room Dubai during a key period in the city's nightlife growth.

The venue became known for live performances, diverse talent, and a strong reputation within Dubai's music scene. During this time, he refined his ability to adapt to diverse audiences and musical styles.

From 2010 to 2020, Zen worked as a professional DJ with Carnival Cruise Lines.

Performing across international routes, he developed a disciplined, versatile approach—connecting with audiences from different cultures, night after night.

Now based in Jersey City, Zen brings together years of international experience into a more refined and intentional sound.

His approach remains simple: play what fits the room, and let the night unfold naturally.
